The Horizon is an upcoming collaboration between Acaia and barista champion Mathieu Theis. It leverages industrial depressurizing technology to redefine the brewing process. Inspired by the pursuit of the perfect cup, the technology preserves aroma and flavor immediately after extraction. Dreamt up and designed in tandem with Mathieu, the Horizon helped him win the 2026 Swiss Championships.
